Breaches Become Assisted Compliance
A group of staff members asked us for breach notice proforma. The staff members’ morale was low.

Solution
I developed a proposal to help the area assist other staff throughout the organisation to:
Understand their legislative obligations
Comply with regulation
The staff members were pleased with the proposed solution, stating this would give them greater work satisfaction than being the ‘police’.
